Momofuku occupies a distinctive spot on Level 2 of The Cosmopolitan’s Boulevard Tower, serving up a take on Asian-American dining that feels thoughtful without being over-the-top. The spacious interior manages to balance a busy Vegas vibe with an approachable, slightly elevated casualness. Large windows offer views that add a subtle backdrop to the meal, making it a comfortable place whether you’re out with friends or family.

Momofuku’s menu leans into sharable plates layered with bold flavors and inventive twists. The fried shrimp and pork belly buns and the silky ginger scallion noodles often catch diners’ attention, while offerings like crispy lamb ribs and spicy cucumbers contribute satisfying variety for groups who enjoy sampling across the table. The cocktail program complements the food well, anchored by drinks such as the spicy margarita and refreshing yuzu lemonade, which make for lively pairings during happy hour or dinner.

The restaurant’s layout encourages either counter seating for a more interactive experience with the chefs or spacious tables that suit groups aiming to share and savor it all. This makes Momofuku a fitting choice for both casual meals and special occasions where a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere is desired.

Service tends to be attentive with flexibility for dietary needs—gluten-free diners, for instance, can find accommodating options without fuss. While some guests might find the flow of service a touch slower during busy periods, the pace invites diners to linger and enjoy the surroundings. Be aware that navigating to and from the venue within The Cosmopolitan can require a bit of patience if you’re unfamiliar with the space.

For locals and visitors alike, Momofuku suits evenings when you want to dive into layers of flavor without the formality of a fine dining experience. It’s a spot where sharing plates and creative cocktails set the tone, particularly rewarding for those who appreciate Asian-inspired flavors with a contemporary edge. Post-sunset hours see the space come alive, making it ideal for after-work dinners, group outings, or simply a flavorful pause while exploring the Strip.

As high level card holders we have the option of special reservations. This did NOT disappoint. Our table had the perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Which made for an extra special Christmas Eve dinner. We mainly had the miso ramen which was loaded with flavor and premium meat. My kids noted it was THE best ramen they have ever tasted. We also started with 3 appetizers to try and pick at. Brussels sprouts, spicy cucumbers, and peppers. All unique in flavor. The service was top notch. We’ll definitely revisit the next time we fly in.

This meal was the highlight of our Vegas trip. We sat at the counter and loved interacting with the chefs. My favorite was the sprouting cauliflower- so unexpectedly good! The shishito peppers had a decent amount of heat but weren’t overbearing. The bao buns were the fluffiest pieces of food I’ve ever had and the ramen broth had so much flavor. It truly was an amazing experience and we will be back!

Fantastic experience. I am gluten free with Celiac and they 100% adjusted the recipes so I could enjoy the meal. The service was good just a little slow and expect the prices to reflect a top restaurant in Vegas. The noodles were reasonably priced and delicious. It’s a must visit destination for anyone who loves Asian food and or has allergies!

Momofuku, located on Level 2 of The Cosmopolitan in downtown Las Vegas, is an outstanding Asian-American cuisine restaurant. About the worst thing I can say about it is that if you’ve never been there it can be difficult to find, and maybe more difficult to find your way back to your car. Be prepared for that. The restaurant is quite spacious and getting a seat should involve little or no wait. Service was amazingly friendly and helpful. It was rather fun sitting at the kitchen bar, watching everyone work their magic; incredible precision and cleanliness. I had the Spicy Cucumbers to start before diving into a bowl of Shoyu Pork Ramen. M’wah! By the time I was finished the majority of the lunch crowd had dispersed so I was able to take a little closer look around. The place is beautiful. Even the restroom was interesting. Highly recommended.

The restaurant has a fantastic ambiance. Our group of five was seated at a spacious round table with stunning views outside the window. We ordered pork belly gua bao, two servings of ramen, and roasted lamb chops—not a single dish disappointed us. We shared everything and left completely stuffed and satisfied! The pork belly in the gua bao was chef’s kiss—the fatty parts melted in your mouth without being greasy, while the lean meat was tender and juicy. Wrapped in soft, fluffy dough with a drizzle of sweet bean sauce, every bite was pure bliss. The onsen eggs in the two ramen bowls were the perfect touch. Break the yolks and toss them with the springy noodles and rich, flavorful broth—it was so savory that it hit the spot instantly. Last but definitely not least, the roasted lamb chops deserve a special shout-out! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, they were packed with meaty flavor. Paired with the subtly Mediterranean-style dipping sauce, they were absolutely addictive!

Had a fantastic birthday lunch at Momofuku. We had free bubbles to start the celebration, and the chef’s menu is a fun way to try a variety of food at a great price. Spicy cucumbers were delicious, with the right amount of crunch, flavor and heat. Pork croquette was ok, not something I would have ordered myself, but it was either the pork or squash. The caviar bun was a little disappointing at $36 for 1 serving. Caviar was great add, but the fried chicken barely had any seasoning which made the dish disappointing. The pork ramen was definitely the star of the meal. The meat was well seasoned, tender and served in a generous portion. For $48, it was a lot of food with 2 appetizers, 1 entree and a dessert.
